- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First went to NFP because my doctor closed her practice. Quick and easy to make appointments. Cindy and the office staff are awesome. Dr. Fawaz was terrific. I was sorry to see her go. Her replacement Kimberly Smith...well there is no review rating I can give her low enough. Condescending and rude doesn't really begin to cover it. Doesn't listen either. Really likes to over-prescribe tests and medications. NO thanks. Found a new doctor which I am extremely happy with.November 18, 2017by AcademyOZ
